WP1 Description of work

The scientific coordination of the project will be carried out by Dr. Anthony Lehmann (UNIGE-GRID) with the help of a project manager to be hired, and the support of the University of Geneva administration. The teams of the two groups, namely the Climate Change and Climatic Impacts group and the Global Resource Information Database, will also support the management of the project. Together, they will form the management team that will conform to the rules and obligations imposed by the European Commission for all FP7 Large-Scale Integrated Projects. They will help in their mission by the work package leaders. Top decisions will be made in the Project management Board in which is present a representative of each beneficiary.
