The first day of the meeting (April 18th) will be entirely dedicated to several technical workshops that enviroGRIDS partners and external interested participants are encouraged to attend. We are currently finalizing the list of workshops.

The next two days (April 19-20) will be restricted to enviroGRIDS partners (and associated partners) and will consist of Plenary talks, parallel work package sessions and the General Assembly. The meeting will end on Friday 20 around 17h00.

If you require an official letter of invitation to attend the meeting, please contact BSREC office (office@bsrec.bg), indicating the following pieces of information in your request: names as they appear on passport, passport details (number, date of issue and expiration date), your institution, and position in your institution.

You must register to the meeting before March 5th!
